Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent/Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, understanding their healthcare needs, and providing them with tailored health solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our medical scheme products and services.
  • Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments for potential clients to recommend the most suitable health insurance plans.
  • Present and explain medical scheme plans/options, benefits, and costs to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive products to provide clients with the best possible advice.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in health insurance or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of health insurance products and the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales.
