Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons for the position of Clerk. The position reports to the Workshop Foreman and operates within the farm area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out Administrative and clerical operations in the Engineering Department.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA
- To implement assignments given by the department Planner, Foreman and Manager
- Keeping of records
- Timebook management
- Ensure timely capturing of purchase and stores requisitions
- Reconciliation of stores drawing
- Writing Departmental reports
- Ensure timely preparation of SHERQ minutes for the section
MIMIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Full grade twelve (12) certificate with at least five (5) credits
- Certificate or Diploma in Records Management or related qualification
- Zambian with a green national registration card
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the related field
- Good communication Skills
- Able to work with Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Safety Health Environment Risk and Quality (SHERQ)
