Job Summary

The ICT Officer will be  responsible for the efficient installation, configuration, maintenance, and support of the organization’s IT systems, networks, and related technologies. This role will ensure the security, reliability, and functionality of IT infrastructure to support business operations effectively.

• System Administration and Maintenance
•  Troubleshooting and Technical Support
•  Network and Communication Systems Management
•  Software and Application Management
•  Procurement and Inventory Management
•  Professional Development and Industry Awareness

Qualifications and Requirements:

•  Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•  Professional certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft
  Certified is added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
