Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and result driven young person looking for career growth opportunities in sales and marketing to join our team as sales and marketing executive to help us drive more sales and overall growth. In this position, you will be involved in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, discovering, and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating/closing deals and maintaining customer relations.

To ensure success as a sales and marketing executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern sales and marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that will improve brand visibility, acceptance, engagement and overall brand equity and revenue.
  • Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Solicit strategic partnership opportunities that are beneficial to the DigitalBlue brand strategy.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Prepare tender bidding documents and business proposals.
  • Writing and proofreading marketing materials for both online and print campaigns.
  • Ensuring quotations are submitted to clients on time, negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Work with Graphic designers to Create creative marketing content.
  • Measure marketing result and prepare sales and marketing performance reports.
  • Organizing/attending relevant industry events such as conferences, seminars, webinars, and exhibitions.
  • Manage sales consultants and/or associates.
  • Do any other tasks as delegated by managing director.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be Analytical, creative and computer savvy.
  • Proven work experience of at least 2 years in Sales and/or Marketing in similar roles.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of various sales and marketing tactics/techniques.
    Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and Ability to work diligently and meet targets.
  • Must be familiar with the use of social media, Blogs, and email for marketing.
  • Demonstrate excellent leadership skills and ability to use own initiative.
  • Must poses at least a diploma in marketing, sales, business, or related field.
  • A Valid drivers license will be an added advantage.

NB: The payment structure for this role like many other similar roles is offering a basic pay and performance-based commissions.
