MUBE INDUSTRIES LTD is an upcoming and innovative manufacturing company with a bias in beverages. The company is based in Kalulushi, Copperbelt. Its mission is to provide health, quality and economical beverages across the country and beyond. Its slogan being Quality-On-Budget.
In order to achieve its mission of providing health, quality and economical beverages across the country and beyond, the company seeks the services of a Driver – Sales. The key role for this position is to distribute the company products wherever they are needed. The position location is in Kalulushi, Copperbelt.
KEY FUNCTIONS
- In liaison with sales team, ensure that the right quantities for various products ordered for are confirmed and signed for
- Plan and execute daily sales routes economically
- Ensure accurate sales records are recorded for every sales and appropriate documentation issued for company transactions for input to accounts
- Ensure all receipt and invoice books are handled with care and in good condition
- Make sure that the allocated vehicle is in road-worthy condition, have the necessary legal requirements and have all required accessories like reflectors, jacks, spanners, fire extinguishers, etc.
- Liaise with the mechanic to agree and to track service mileage etc.
- Make sure the VEHICLE MILEAGE LOG is fully filled in at security point
- Perform other delivery related logistics for the company
Job Qualifications and Experience
The minimum essential job qualifications and experience necessary for this position are:
- Grade Twelve School Certificate
- Driver’s License Class C1 or better with 3-5 years’ experience driving light trucks (less than 10tons)
- Practical knowledge of sales process in FMCG
- Mechanic practical knowledge
- Practical experience in logistics
- Traceable experience/reference letter(s)
- Provable exceptional cases are encouraged to apply
