Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

  • Maintain positive business relationships with customers to maximize sales
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Supply supervisors with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
  • Ensuring that customer’s satisfaction is upheld on a daily basis
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback by performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Expedite the resolutions of customer’s problems and complaints to maximize customer’s satisfactions
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    Ensuring that the company procedures and laid down rules are followed
  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed
  • Educate customers about product features, promotions and loyalty programs to enhance sales
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Restock shelves and display areas as needed to ensure product efficiently.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently.
  • Ensure smooth and organized management of customer data, sales activities, and follow – up schedules.
  • Assist in loading of stock for our customers
  • Maintain detailed and up- to date records of client interactions in the system provided by the organization.
  • Ensuring that all receipts are written each time a customer buys any products.
  • Ensuring that monthly reports are submitted on the 5th of every month
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales flow
  • Any other duty assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have Full G12 certificate
  • Must have a certificate in any field – Added Advantage
  • Must have 1 Year work experience – Added Advantage
