Job Description
1. Camlif is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant. The PA will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer for daily assignments. The CEO will be the immediate supervisor of the Personal Assistant.
2. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages. Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings.
- Compilation of Meeting Minutes.
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Errands and Tasks: Manage personal errands such as shopping, reservations, and scheduling appointments.
- Household Management: Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, deliveries, and other home-related needs.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing personal and professional events, including logistics and invitations.
- Budgeting: Handle personal expense tracking and manage reimbursements or petty cash as needed.
- Special Requests: Provide support with unique personal tasks, such as gift purchasing, family arrangements, or pet care.
- Property Management: Handle Landlord (rent), Maintenance Request and Negotiating with Handymen for Projects.
- Note Taking: Participate in Meetings & take notes to ensure task are completed.

Qualifications
- At least Diploma of Business or Administration
- Fluent in English and Local Zambian Languages
- Proven Experience of administration work.
- At least year One (1) year working experience.
