Ensuring excellence in customer experience in the branch by exceeding the customer expectations and performs duties as advised/assigned by the supervisor or manager. Assist the supervisor in supervising the movement of cash from the branch to the bank and immediate recording of the movements in vault register for an up-to-date report. Perform duties according to the polies of the company and as per extant directives/guidelines from the regulator and laws of Zambia. Update or register new and existing customers on KYC as per ZICTA regulations. Provide remittance services to customers at the counter. Provide customer service support and address their grievances. Assist the supervisor in tallying cash at the end of business day before closing of the branch and in preparing the Daily Cash Register. Perform daily, weekly and monthly stock counts, reporting. Administrative and office equipment management e.g. printing, photocopying etc. Stock/ inventory handling and management for all products and services.
Identify and engage prospective clients to solicit salary advance in both government institutions and private companies with whom there are signed MOUs. To achieve the weekly set targets by the company. Providing support to existing and prospective clients on various loan services whilst creating and maintain a good customer relationship. Promote and market loan products/services at strategic locations. Meet with potential clients to determine their needs and set up follow up meetings. Creating awareness of the products/services offered by the company and generating leads through product demos, hosting in-person meetings and pitching ideas
