Adjust end to end KYC process to align with workforce capabilities.  - Ensuring that quality is achieved and maintained in every job processed. - Identify recurring fraudulent cases from dealers on the ground and report them to the supervisor  - Ensuring that all jobs processed align with KYC standards - Work closely with the team leaders and other co-functions in managing and improving customer care executives quality performance - Participate in calibration sessions with the quality Assessors and operation team to improve customer service.
