Job Title: Aluminium Installation Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Aluminium Installation Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aluminium installation, leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, managing a team of installers, ensuring safety standards are met, and maintaining quality control throughout all projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the installation of aluminium products including windows, doors, shower, staircase, and facades.
- Manage and lead a team of installers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure all installations are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure that all installations meet industry standards and company quality policies.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Atleast 3-5 years Proven experience in aluminium installation, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Certification in fabrication
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Any nationality ( African, American, Indian, Asian, etc.)
