Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Grade 12 certificate
- B.A In architecture
- 3 years experience or more (added advantage)
- Membership to ZIA will be an added advantage
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or ArchiCAD.
- Basic knowledge of site planning is an advantage.
- Assist in the design and drafting of architectural plans for various projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure design specifications are met
- Conduct site visits and oversee the implementation of architectural designs
- Analyzing complex environmental reports and using the knowledge gained in designs/plans.
- Providing recommendations on conservation and sustainability issues.
- Drawing up reports and contracts.
- Writing proposals and presenting them to clients.
- Developing initial design concepts aligned with client requirements and project goals.
- Creating detailed 3D Models, Architectural drawings & renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and objectives.
