AXXIS SUPERVISOR
Bulk Mining Explosives Limited, a subsidiary of the Omnia group of companies is a leading manufacturer and supplier of bulk emulsion explosives.
We are looking for a responsible AXXIS Supervisor who will oversee the workflow at our site in Mamba District of Southern Province.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Responsible for coaching subordinates, resolving work operations and serving as a line manager between management and workers
- Ensure the safety of all personnel within your area of responsibility
- Attend and contribute to safety meeting.
- Manage labour and time effectively.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum of a diploma in mining engineering
Experience of not less that three years in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills.
Proactive, safety conscious and fully committed to duty.
Membership to the Engineering Institution of Zambia
Holder of a drilling and blasting certificate
