Client Care Solutions (CCS) Ltd is looking for highly motivated and skilled Call Centre Agents to join our growing team.
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and a problem-solving mindset.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
What we’re looking for:
- Diploma or Certificate in a relevant field.
- 1-3 years of experience working in a call centre or customer support role.
- Strong active listening and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Languages: English plus knowledge of at least 3 local languages preferably: Bemba, Nyanja, Tonga, Lozi, Lunda, Kaonde and Luvale. (State the languages in your cover letter)
