CALL FOR INVITATION FOR TENDER

Events: World Toilet Day / Inclusive WASH breakfast meeting / Stakeholder dialogue on Human Rights to Water and Sanitation

Location: Lusaka

Water Voices United is a transformative four-year project, co-funded by the European Union and Danish People’s Aid and spearheaded by SNV in partnership with the NGO WASH Forum. This initiative aims to enhance the capabilities and synergies among WASH Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) in Zambia. By fostering the CSOs role in WASH governance, the project supports the Zambian Government’s efforts towards the progressive realization of the Human Right to Water and Sanitation.

The project is seeking for consultants and vendors to provide goods and services for the World Toilet Day commemoration, Inclusive WASH breakfast meeting and Stakeholder dialogue in Human Rights to Water and Sanitation.

1. Sign Language Interpreter

The NGO WASH Forum would like to engage the services of a sign language interpreter to provide sign language interpretation services during the World Toilet Day commemoration, Inclusive WASH breakfast meeting, and Stakeholder dialogue in Human Rights to Water and Sanitation. He / She is expected to ensure that there is clear communication for participants who are deaf or hard of hearing. In addition, the interpreter will collaborate with event organizers to understand the agenda and specific needs.

Deliverables

Provide correct sign language interpretation during all specified events.
Participate in briefing and debriefing sessions with event organizers.
Qualifications and requirements
Certified sign language interpreter with relevant experience.
Proven track record of interpreting for similar events.
Valid TPIN
Quotation for the service

2. Printing of Banner, Backdrop Banner, and T-Shirts

The vendor is expected to design, print, and deliver one back drop banner, one banner and 20 round t-shirts for the World Toilet Day commemoration based on the event theme and branding guidelines. In addition, the supplier is expected to print high-quality, durable banners and t-shirts in specified sizes and quantities.

Qualifications and requirements:

Experience in design and printing services.
Portfolio of previous work demonstrating quality and relevance.
Proof of company registration and relevant certificates
Valid tax clearance certificate
Quotation for the services

3. Camera / photography services

The vendor is expected to document the events through high-quality photography and videography. This includes capturing key moments, presentations, and participant interactions during the events. The vendor shall provide edited photos, videos post-event and ensure all footage is delivered in the agreed-upon format and within the set timeframe.

Deliverables

Attend the event from start to finish
Capture a variety of shots, including wide-angle, close-ups, and candid moments
Provide a minimum of 30 high-resolution edited photographs and 15 highlight images for immediate use

Qualifications and requirements

Professional photography and videography experience.
Portfolio of previous similar work.
Proof of company registration
Valid tax clearance certificate

4. Drama/Cultural Group

The drama / cultural group is expected to perform entertaining, educational and engaging skits about WASH issues during the specified events. The group is expected to develop and perform skits that convey key messages about water, sanitation and hygiene. Furthermore, the group will rehearse and coordinate with event organizers, engage and educate the audience through performances.

Deliverables:

Scripted performances tailored to the event themes.
Live performances at designated times during the events.

Experienced drama or cultural group with a focus on educational performances.
Proven track record of engaging community performances.
Proof of company registration
