Location: Njele Country Park, (Opposite Zesco Training Centre, Ndola-Kitwe Dual Carriageway, Ndola
Position: Chef

Njele Country Park is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Chef with expertise in pastries, gourmet cuisine, and traditional Zambian dishes. The ideal candidate will be adaptive, creative, and committed to following our established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a diverse range of dishes, including pastries, gourmet meals, and traditional Zambian cuisine.
• Adhere strictly to the set SOPs for all kitchen operations.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent quality and service.
• Innovate and develop new menu items while staying true to Njele Country Park’s culinary standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef in a similar environment with at least 5 years experience
• Strong knowledge of pastry, gourmet, and traditional Zambian cooking techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
