Blue Star Chemicals is a privately owned company, established in 2016. The Company imports and trades specialized, high quality detergents, disinfectants, solvents and cleaning consumables aimed predominantly at the hospitality market.
JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the company’s sales engagement function (order securing, order fulfilment, debt collection, general account management)
Provide advice to customers on product application (training will be provided)
Identify and on board new business
Participate in product launches and promotional programs
Provide market data and intelligence on competitor activity
Provide sales and account management reports at prescribed intervals
Assist in managing stock replenishment (Stock re-ordering process)
KNOWLEDGE/ATTRIBUTES
Understanding of FMCG marketing
Ability to work under pressure and achieve set targets
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Good communicator
Computer literacy
Basic accounting skills
Strong interpersonal skills/team player
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Degree/Diploma in marketing
3 years of sales experience (Business to Business)
Computer literacy course
Social media marketing awareness (added advantage
