Job Description

A back office position that will involve:

Loan administrative services, preparation of legal documentations, client entry into the loan system and branch support.
Customisation of the loan system as when required
Set up of programmes as required by the company

Conduct a variety of administrative services: data entry, administration of files and client documents, compiling of reports
Loan administration: Conduct due diligence on client applications, loan disbursement duties
Data entry: Responsible for entry and management of client information in the loan management system
Monitor repayments performance of branched and make timely follow up on outstanding client for each branch
Conduct reports on branches, clients, loan products etc.
Ensure correct submission of client applications in line the document requirements for each financial product
Work hand in hand with the accountant on payment entries and cost capture

Minimum requirements and experience:

1. Diploma/Degree in IT with competent programming ability.

2. Experience in accounting, IT and business administration ideal

3. Database management and customisation skills ideal.

4. Minimum of two year experience in financial institution, Accounting or IT

Other skills and Attributes:

Competent programming abilities ideal
Competent with Excel. VBA programming ability preferred
Strong attention to detail and self-driven individual
