Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a highly skilled and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent computer skills, and have a strong background in computer or ICT studies.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database systems
* Verify and correct data for errors or inconsistencies
* Generate quotations and invoices in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies
* Meet productivity and quality standards
* Perform other administrative tasks as required
*Requirements*
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, specifically Excel)
* Diploma in Computer Studies or ICT
* High school Certificate or equivalent required
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
