Dental Surgeon – Metro SDA Hospital

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced dental surgeon at Metro SDA Hospital

Responsibilities & Duties
1. Performing complex tooth extractions, including wisdom teeth removal.
2. Conducting oral cancer screenings and biopsies.
3. Repairing cleft lip and palate deformities.
4. Placing dental implants and performing associated bone grafting
5. Treating facial injuries, including fractures of the jaw and other facial bones.
6. Conducting reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures.
7. Administering anesthesia and sedation in compliance with safety protocols.
8. Collaborating with orthodontists on corrective jaw surgeries.
9. Diagnosing and treating infections in the oral cavity.
10. Providing patient education on postoperative care and recovery.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Experience with advanced surgical techniques and technologies.
2. A degree or its equivalent in dental
3. A valid license
4. Proficiency in 3D imaging and diagnostic tools.
5. Strong interpersonal and  communication skills.
6. Ability to manage a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
7.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
