Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily depot operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
– Manage stock levels, deliveries, and logistics.
– Lead and develop depot staff, ensuring high performance.
– Maintain health & safety compliance and operational standards.
– Monitor budgets, costs, and performance targets.
– Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Development studies, Public Administration or any related field.
– Proven experience in depot or warehouse management.
– Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
– Knowledge of stock control and logistics.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
– Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
– IT proficiency and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
