Job Description
The Digital Marketer will develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive measurable growth in revenue and customer acquisition.
POSITION: DIGITAL MARKETER
Reporting To : Sales & Marketing Manager
Contract Type: Full-time
Duration : Two Year Renewable
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategy Development and Planning
- Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Content Creation and Management
- Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Optimize content for SEO and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
3. Digital Advertising
- Plan and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, social media ads, and display ads.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization.
5. Social Media Management
- Manage social media platforms, including content scheduling, community engagement, and analytics reporting.
- Track performance and implement strategies to grow followers and engagement.
6. Email Marketing
- Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to optimize campaigns.
7. Analytics and Reporting
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance and customer behavior.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights.
8. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team to align digital strategies with sales goals.
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure cohesive campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- A relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communication, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
- Track record of successfully running and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar).
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
SOFT SKILLS:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Creativity and innovation in crafting marketing campaigns.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with the target audience and market. (KPIs)
- Increase in website traffic and conversion rates.
