Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Agents to join our team. As a DSA, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth through effective communication and persuasion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and acquire new customers; Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain Relationships; develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Conduct needs assessment: understand clients needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Present and demonstrate products/services: showcase products or services to customers, highlighting features, benefits and value proposition
  • Negotiate and close deals: negotiate prices, terms, and conditions to close sales deals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets: achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly sales
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: works closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective sales strategies.

Minimum Education Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies:

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or related field
  • 2 years of direct sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Results-driven and self-motivated
  • Industry knowledge; familiarity with the products/services
