Direct sales to end customers (consultative & prescriptive Selling)
- Presentation skills

- SPIN questioning techniques
- Configuration of solutions for demo purposes
- Maintenance of opportunities in CRM
- Create complex offers
- Create and maintain a valid forecast
- Carry out planning discussions with customers
- Independent support of customers together with the Account Manager
- Assistance in recovering terminated contracts
- Creation of customer references
- Planning of marketing activities
- Participation and presentation at fairs and other events
- Possibly processing of tenders
- Responding to legal framework conditions
Minimum requirements:
- Completed degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or comparable education with corresponding professional experience.
- Relevant professional experience in direct selling of software solutions
- High communication skills, especially with representatives of corporate management; excellent presentation skills and very high ability to argue ability to analyze business processes and find individual solutions
- Good sense for the identification of the benefits through the use of the DMS Document Management System
- Good IT understanding of general relationships
- Ability to work conceptually, systematically and on one’s own responsibility
- Strong personality – competent appearance
- High motivation, self-motivation and team spirit
- Willingness to go on occasional business trips
