Job Description
Our client, a leading player in the telecoms sector seeks the services of a qualified Facilities Manager. brief description of the scope is as per below:
- To fully understands the scope and terms of the contract and its roles and responsibilities.
- Coordination between leading company and Client
- Submitting monthly reports and KPI to Client for review before payment is processed
- Responsible for Petty cash management.
- Responsible for supervising all the FM staffs.
- Responsible for Office EHS safety and firefighting facilities, ensuring that all extinguisher are well serviced, maintained and available all the time
- Responsible for renewing of Fire certificate license and Business License certificate yearly.
- Responsible for Ensuring adequate consumable for office, canteen, dormitory supplies and purchase on time
- Responsible for Sending and receiving of documents and Packages via DHL and Aramex.
- Responsible for Purchasing and managing Stationary which includes toner for the printers and ensure that there is enough stock in the office.
- Responsible for staff business cards to be printed and handle all the requests from Client on time
- Responsible to ensure all office, canteen and dormitory equipment are well serviced and maintenance
- Responsible of payment for all utilities
- To develop facility management objectives, strategies, measures and provide accurate information and data in a timely manner to assist Client in making effective decisions.
- To provide innovative, feasible, and cost-effective solutions and improvement measures in operation.
- To provide professional knowledge and improvement suggestions, develop advanced process standards, and share the best practice methods based on the experience of other customers.
- To give feedback to Client openly, share the goals, challenges, and strategies.
- To report to Client in a timely manner and dare to admit mistakes, and proactively take remedial measures to minimize negative impacts.
- To ensure that indoor and potted plants well maintained, watered and replaced at regular intervals including managers offices and meeting rooms
- To ensure that there is security personnel 24/7 at the office and they Client security regulation and procedures
- Arranging snacks for tea break, meetings e.tc upon request for Client
- Arranging for fumigation of all relevant areas.
