Job Description

Nkhuni Farm is looking for a young and energtic individual to manage the Admin and Finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, and documentation.
2.Petty cash planning and disbursements while ensuring proper documentation
3.Maintaining an efficient filing system (ensure efficient filing of all stakeholder correspondence, contracts)
4.Scanning of all accounting documentation used for supporting financial reports
5.Filing of all relevant statutory returns.

Key Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent professional accounting qualification
2. Strong interest in pursuing a career in finance, accounting, or business administration.
3. Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
8. A proactive, flexible attitude and a willingness to learn.
