Job Description
The Finance and Human Resources Assistant (F&HRA) is an important support role to the team of an international development organization dedicated to providing water and sanitation to those who need it most. WSUP is seeking an enthusiastic and professional Finance and Human Resources Assistant, who will process finances operations and transactions relating to the programme office in Zambia, reporting to the Finance Manager. The F&HA will also ensure responsive and efficient people and support services in the Zambia office. This interim aspect of the role (whilst the programme grows) covers office facilities, the employee life cycle, employee relations, and advising line managers on policies, legislation, and best practices.
