Role Overview
The Finance Manager will oversee the company’s financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. This role demands a proactive and strategic professional who can manage complex financial operations while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies
  • Manage budgeting and cash flow processes, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
  • Supervise accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll
  • Manage internal and external audit processes to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Analyze financial performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements
  • Oversee tax reporting, compliance, and timely submission of tax filings
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve profitability and support business growth
  • Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial planning with organizational goals
  • Conduct scenario planning and financial stress testing to prepare for uncertainties.
  • Serve as the primary financial liaison for stakeholders, including investors and regulatory bodies.
  • Support fundraising efforts, investor relations, and capital management strategies
  • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure long-term stability
  • Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management
  • Undertake any other related tasks and responsibilities assigned by senior management or required by the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within a dynamic or fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel skills
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy development
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and developing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Expertise in financial analysis and reporting
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
  • Advanced skills in creating and managing budgets
  • Ability to identify and mitigate financial risks effectively
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on cross-functional teamwork
    Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
