Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor, providing detailed information about our renewable energy products and services.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and setting up product displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic payments.
- Stay informed about current promotions, policies, and procedures to effectively communicate them to customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably within the energy sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives.
