1. Diploma in Food related course from a well reputable organization preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience as a chef in reputable establishment.
3. The Suitable candidate should have the ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Managing and overseeing all food and operations.
6. Ensuring all high-quality service, effective cost management.
7. Planning, controlling, ordering all food.
8. Managing orders, budgets and maintaining vendor relationships.
9. Complying with food safety regulations and designing menus.
