Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Head Sales – Commercial Vehicles. This role will report directly to the Sales Manager and General Manager. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial vehicle sales and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial vehicle sales team, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Collaborate with the after-sales service and spare parts teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of active experience in commercial vehicle sales. Proven success in a sales leadership role is preferred.
• Dynamic and Energetic: The candidate must demonstrate a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and drive in their approach to sales.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team to success.
• Customer Focus: A customer-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Vehicle Ownership: Priority will be given to candidates who own their own vehicle, as this is considered advantageous for the role.
• Location: The position is based in Lusaka, Zambia. Candidates must be willing to work full-time at the Lusaka office.

Salary:

Salary will be discussed during the interview process and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
