Our Client in the hospitality industry is seeking a dedicated and versatile Hotel Porter to join our team.
Position: Hotel Porter
This role is essential in ensuring our guests experience a seamless and comfortable stay. The Hotel Porter will assist with various tasks, from guest services to supporting other hotel departments. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and is committed to delivering exceptional hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Assistance & Services:
Luggage Handling: Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience.
Concierge Services: Provide information and assistance with local attractions, transportation arrangements, and other guest inquiries. Evening Services: Prepare the hotel for evening services, including assisting with guest check-ins and handling any requests
2. Lobby & Public Area Management:
Maintain Cleanliness: Regularly inspect and ensure that the lobby, entrance, and other public areas are clean and well-organized.
General Presence: Be available in the lobby to assist guests and maintain the welcoming atmosphere of the hotel.
3. Departmental Support:
Housekeeping: Assist in delivering linens, stocking supplies on floors, and supporting housekeeping tasks as needed.
Maintenance: Perform routine checks of public areas, report any maintenance issues, and assist with minor repairs when required.
Front Desk Support: Help the front desk with administrative tasks, document deliveries, and provide additional support during peak times.
Work Hours: This is a full-time position with varied hours depending on hotel occupancy and guest needs. The role requires flexibility, including working shifts on weekends and holidays.
