We are seeking a friendly and efficient Hotel Porter to join our team. As a Hotel Porter, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm welcome to our hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide room orientation
- Handle guest requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain lobby and reception area cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local area.
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality Management or in related field.
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift and move luggage.
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
