MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
We are seeking an HR Assistant to support the department with talent acquisition, team member record management, and ensuring compliance. This role will assist in maintaining smooth HR operations by coordinating recruitment, ensuring accurate documentation, and addressing HR-related inquiries.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain recruitment databases.
Prepare and send offer letters, rejection notices, and onboarding documents.
Manage employment contracts, performance reviews, and personal details.
Prepare HR-related documents, including contracts and employee correspondence.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Assist with preparing reports on HR activities such as talent acquisition metrics and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
A 45 second audio recording briefly introducing yourself.
Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of experience in Human Resources.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
