Aurum Stories Jewellery Store in Lusaka is seeking a highly motivated and creative Female Jewellery Sales Assistant / Graduate Graphic Designer to join our team!

Responsibilities:
Assist with in-store sales and customer service, providing an exceptional shopping experience for clients.

Create engaging social media content and graphics to drive brand awareness and sales.

Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to showcase our stunning jewellery collections.

Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Provide expert advice on jewellery selection, care, and maintenance to customers.

Participate in jewellery displays, events, and exhibitions to promote the brand.

Assist with inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer retention and loyalty.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.

Requirements:
Female candidate with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

Excellent social media and technical skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting sales targets and deadlines.
