1. Admin Manager K6,000
Responsibilities
– Plan and coordinate administrative procedures(zra tax, invoicing, quotations etc)
– Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space
– Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
– Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
Requirements
Should have 2 to 4 years of experience
Diploma in business administration or any related
2. Airticketing Business Development executive K6,000
Responsibilities
– Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business specifically in the airticketing department
– Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
– Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
Requirements
Should have 2 to 4 years of experience in the airticketing department
Recognized IATA certification
3. Social media officer K2,500 to K3,500
Responsibilities
– Creating social media content using videos to capture new clients
– create new sales strategies to win new clients using social media platforms
Requirements
Should be 19 to 25 years old for this role
