Are you ready to shape the future of building materials in Zambia? KEDA Zambia Ceramics, a leader in the ceramic industry, is expanding, and we’re looking for dynamic professionals to join our team. We have several positions available and are seeking talented individuals for the following roles:

1.Marketing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns for building materials.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities in the building materials sector.
  • Manage the marketing budget and evaluate (ROI) Return on Investment for marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with excellent analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years and above of work experience

2. Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for building materials.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior related to the construction industry.
  • Manage social media accounts and digital marketing efforts.
  • Prepare reports on marketing performance and suggest improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Over 1 year of experience in the related field

3. Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales strategies and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and customer data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of work experience in the related field
