Job Description

1. Intern Front Desk Operator

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Intern Front Desk Operator to join our team. As an Intern Front Desk Operator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

– Check-in and check-out guests
– Handle guest requests and queries
– Manage room assignments and key cards
– Answer phone calls and respond to emails
– Provide information about the facilities
– managing incoming inquiries
– processing memberships
– assisting with various administrative tasks.
– handling reservations and payments

Requirements:

– Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
– Must have a High School Certificate, Recently graduated with Degree or Diploma in hospitality or customer service preferred.
– Passionate about front desk operations or customer service role in the hospitality industry
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
– Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate facility hours and events.

2. Security Guard

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, staff, and premises.

Responsibilities:

– Patrol the resort premises to prevent and detect any security breaches
– Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to any security incidents
– Control access to the resort and screen visitors
– Provide assistance to guests and staff as needed
– Report any security incidents to management

Requirements:

– Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
– Additional training or certifications in security or law enforcement or Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals in high-pressure situations.
– Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and make quick, sound decisions in emergency situations.
– Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
– Knowledge of security procedures, emergency response protocols, and crowd management techniques.
– Basic computer skills and the ability to use security equipment, such as surveillance cameras and two-way radios.
– Minimum 2 years of experience as a Security Guard
– Ability to work night shifts and weekends
