Job Description
He/ She will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of an office, including:
1. Answering and making phone calls, maintaining correspondence, and speaking with clients
2. Coordinating space and office organization, purchasing and managing office supplies and equipment
3. Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
4. Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
5. Maintaining files
6. Ensuring the office runs smoothly
7. Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
8. Should be well-organized, have good written and verbal communication skills, and be knowledgeable about common computer programs and software

Grade 12 school certificate
Certificate/Diploma in any of the following
Customer service, accounting experience, Marketing & Sales or IT
