Job Description
We are looking for a dependable and proactive individual to join our team as an Office Orderly. The successful candidate will ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning offices
- Making tea for office staff
- Assisting with cooking and serving food
- Keeping a sanitized and orderly environment in the offices
- Assisting with filing / photocopying / faxing and deliveries
- Assisting/Helping in basic gardening activities from time to time
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Qualification: Certificate Level, Grade 12 is preferred
Mandatory Skills: Filing, Basic Culinary / Cooking traits
Additional Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel is preferred.
