Job Description
Job Title: Operator
We are looking to hire 12 qualified, reliable, and motivated Operators to join our team. The Operators are to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of semi-automated equipment to meet company production volumes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure machines are properly set up for operation and perform regular maintenance.
- Set up, adjust, and monitor the production process, including making cross-checks to troubleshoot any irregularities in the machines.
- Inspect and adjust the equipment to meet the required product parameters.
- Monitor the quality of the product and address any discrepancies immediately.
- Monitor the flow of production, ensuring all production processes are completed properly and efficiently.
- Maintain and control inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Perform general housekeeping duties and follow safety processes.
- Prepare relevant reports.
Qualifications and Technical Skills/Abilities:
- Full Grade 12 School Certificate.
- Certified Technician Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter, analytical, and pays attention to detail.
- Good understanding of industrial equipment.
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
