Position Overview
- We are looking for three (3) proactive and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join our Chingola branch.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with individual and SME clients.
- Regularly follow up with clients to assess their satisfaction and provide support.
- Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients to grow the branch’s customer base.
- Promote MFS Credit’s products and services through targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
- Develop customized financial solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Loan Origination & Support
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.
- Assist in credit appraisals and ensure compliance with MFS Credit’s policies.
- Monitor loan performance and support clients in maintaining repayment schedules.
- Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Provide insights and feedback to the branch team to refine strategies and improve service delivery.
- Keep abreast of competitors’ activities and recommend strategies to stay ahead.
- Risk Management & Compliance
- Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Identify potential risks in client portfolios and escalate concerns as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services, relationship management, or sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
