Job Description

Position Overview

  • We are looking for three (3) proactive and customer-focused Relationship Managers to join our Chingola branch.
  • The successful candidates will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with individual and SME clients.
    • Regularly follow up with clients to assess their satisfaction and provide support.
  2. Business Development
    • Identify and acquire new clients to grow the branch’s customer base.
    • Promote MFS Credit’s products and services through targeted sales and marketing initiatives.
    • Develop customized financial solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
  3. Loan Origination & Support
    • Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is provided.
    • Assist in credit appraisals and ensure compliance with MFS Credit’s policies.
    • Monitor loan performance and support clients in maintaining repayment schedules.
  4. Market Research & Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
    • Provide insights and feedback to the branch team to refine strategies and improve service delivery.
    • Keep abreast of competitors’ activities and recommend strategies to stay ahead.
  5. Risk Management & Compliance
    • Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
    • Identify potential risks in client portfolios and escalate concerns as needed.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services, relationship management, or sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
