Reports To: Relationship Supervisor

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly motivated Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team at
Spectrum Credit Limited. As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating
and enhancing effective communication with clients to achieve customer satisfaction, ensure
timely loan repayments, and promote repeat business. This role plays a key part in fostering
long-term relationships with our clients and contributing to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain client relationships: Develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
  • Client communication: Serve as the main point of contact for your assigned client portfolio, addressing routine matters and providing accurate, concise account information and guidance.
  • Customer satisfaction: Proactively address customer concerns and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Client education: Design and implement strategies for educating both new and existing clients on the benefits of our products and services to drive business growth.
  • Meet performance targets: Ensure that your assigned portfolio meets company set targets, with a focus on performance and repeat business.
  • Customer retention: Ensure at least 40% repeat business from your portfolio, contributing to the company’s growth.
  • Quality Management: Apply the principles of the Quality Management System to meet the company’s objectives and provide high-level service to clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: A Diploma in a business-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in customer service or a similar role within an organization of comparable size.

Technical Skills:

o Thorough knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.
o Strong financial market knowledge.
o Proficient in MS Office, with a working knowledge of CRM platforms.

o Strong customer service orientation and customer-focused attitude.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
o Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to multitask under pressure.
o Quick to learn and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
