Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant/Cafè Manager to lead our team and oversee all operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, as well as strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of the Cafè, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and foster a positive work environment.
- Customer Service: Ensure that every customer has a fantastic experience, handling inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability through effective management of resources.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant/Cafe Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Formal qualification in Hospitality and or Business Management would be advantageous.
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Experience with financial planning and budget management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
