Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient and profitable service.

– Recruit, train, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment.

– Maintain high standards of customer service and address guest feedback promptly.

– Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

– Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and reduce waste through effective management.

– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.

– Collaborate with the culinary team on menu planning and seasonal offerings.

– Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

– Analyze performance data and prepare reports for management.

-Valid drivers license will be an added advantage.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.

– Strong leadership and team management skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.

– Knowledge of health and safety regulations.

– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
