Therefore, Oraimo Accessories wishes to invite qualified candidates to fill the position of Retail Sales Supervisor who are punctual with good communication skills to be based in Lusaka.
Below are the requirements and duties required;
Candidates who wish to apply for the mentioned position should have the following requirements;
Responsibilities.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets and meet sales goals
- Train, coach, and mentor sales associates to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement strategies
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with the management team to set sales targets and contribute to overall business goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and sales strategies
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Qualifications.
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets. Experience in electronic products is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership position is advantageous
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and product knowledge
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive sales performance
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
- The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a proactive approach to leadership, and the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing sales team
