Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales & Administrative Officer to manage office operations while driving sales. This role requires a high-energy individual with strong administrative skills and a results-driven approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence.
Drive sales efforts, actively engaging with potential clients and handling inquiries.
Maintain client records, follow up on leads, and assist with customer relationship management.
Support the management team with reports, data entry, and coordination of activities.
Utilize digital tools and software to streamline office and sales processes.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Experience in administration and sales is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software.
