Position: Sales Agent
Location: Lusaka
Employment Type: Commission-Based (Earn K60 per product sold, with each product priced at K200)
Potential for Permanent Position: Yes, based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and close sales with potential clients using both traditional and digital channels.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitors to remain competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales processes and performance.
  • Report on sales performance, including tracking commissions and sales metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a tech-related industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Compensation:

Commission-based compensation of K60 per product sold.
