Employment Type: Commission-Based (Earn K60 per product sold, with each product priced at K200)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and close sales with potential clients using both traditional and digital channels.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize technology to track and manage sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends, products, and competitors to remain competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to optimize sales processes and performance.
- Report on sales performance, including tracking commissions and sales metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a tech-related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
Compensation:
Commission-based compensation of K60 per product sold.
