Job Description
- Open the station daily and ensure it is fit for operations, also securing it at the close of business.
- Record Management – meter readings (opening & closing records), dip underground tanks reading to confirm stock quantity.
- Reconcile the Opening and Closing Meter Readings at the end of daily operations to ascertain sales stock against revenue generated.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory Health & Safety protocols.
- Execute the front-line coordination of the sales activities of the Pump Attendants.
- Collate cash from Pump Attendants and manage Bank operations as the need arises.
- Respond to issues or queries related to customers and/or Pump Attendants.
- Respond to external stakeholders’ inquiries regarding products in the station.
- Coordinate activities on the Forecourt and within the Station.
- Prepare applicable reports as required – daily/weekly/monthly, etc.
- Report all faulty equipment or breakdowns to the Maintenance Team.
- Coordinate the offloading of stock from trucks to the appropriate tank.
- Monitor the Sales and Safety equipment to ensure compliance with applicable HSE standards.
- Maintain daily record management of the Quality and Safety Control Register.
- Coordinate the shift schedule of team members deployed to the station.
