Job Description
- Check opening Stocks as per Reports on daily basis specially running items.
- Verify all the incoming material according to SOPs
- Prepare bills/Good Receipt PO of incoming material and submit to supervisors
- Verify all the last day activity (In/Out) & rectify the error if any.
- Ensure the implementation of Inventory management system.
- Strong coordination with team, user departments.
- Analysis the aging of stocks & communicate the management about obsolete Stock. Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Coordinate general stock issuance, movement of equipment, and necessary minor repairs
- Keeping the store fully stocked.
- Maintaining the highest level of visual merchandising and store conditions
- Issuing stock as per approved stock requisition by HODs
- Recording all issued items on electronic system.
- Ensuing all supporting document are in place and duly approved before capturing on electronic systems.
- Ensuring document flow is controlled and recorded.
- Responsible for any document request from stores by suppliers, procurement, accounts, end users, or stores department.
- Responsible for the follow up of any missing documents on stores transactions and reporting any variances to the Inventory Control Manager.
- Updating electronic records with physical stock take and reporting all variances to Inventory Control Manager.
- Recording all goods received on the electronic GRN
- Supervise the receipt of goods, ensuring all shipments are in good condition and match purchase orders.
- Ensuring accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing inventory, including purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes.
- Ensure accurate stock level by regular conducting inventory checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with ICM on the various goods needed to replenish
- Ensure to submit monthly performance report by 5th of every month.
- Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor.
Experience

Qualifications
Grade 12 Certificate
Certificate or Diploma in Purchasing and Supply or related discipline
Software
Pastel Evolution and any other ERP system
Knowledge Of
Stock Management, Inventory Management, Inventory Control, Stores and Warehouse management
Skills To
Excellent Communication skills
Ability To
Take ownership of tasks and exhibit a sense of urgency
