Job Overview
We are looking for a System Support/Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for software implementation, training, and customer support, ensuring our clients maximize the benefits of our system. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in implementing and configuring the school management software for clients.
Provide training and support to schools on how to use the software effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the software.
Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and support requests.
Conduct software demonstrations and training sessions for new and existing clients.
Maintain customer relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and retention.
Generate reports and analyze data using Microsoft Excel.
Collaborate with the internal team to improve product offerings based on client feedback.

Requirements

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients.
Ability to train and guide non-technical users effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Prior experience in software support, training, or customer service is a plus.
Knowledge of school management systems or EdTech solutions is an advantage.
